I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from Madrid's main squares and right in the center of all the action. The rooms were cozy and clean, but the bathrooms were quite tiny, and the bed seemed a bit old. The service was excellent, with attentive housekeeping and helpful tour and ticket assistance available. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the included homemade marmalade. Although the facilities were satisfactory, I found the overall value for money to be slightly lacking.
